1. Emails will be sent once customers inquire about the product.
   
2. Any goods available in the stock can be shipped the next day. Goods that are not ready will be shipped in one week.
   
3. Shipping charges are payable by the customer. We normally use DHL for international shipping.
   
4. The products once sold cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is defected or wrong product is sent out.
   
5. Payment can be done using paypal or bank transfer.
